Dear Kim,

In response to needs expressed by our STEMAZing Teacher Leaders, The STEMAZing Project will be providing easily accessible sciencing and engineering experiments. Our hope is to make it easier for teachers and parents to engage students to make sense of the world around them using #STEMontheCheap resources and supplies.

The first, in a series, of Sciencing and Engineering with TheSTEMAZingPro videos can be found below. There is also a link to download a guide for best practices and approaches when engaging students with these experiments and the engineering design challenge.

We are here to support teachers, parents, and students during this difficult time. Please follow TheSTEMAZingPro on Facebook and Twitter to get the first announcement of new resources. If there is anything else we can do to help, please let us know!

In the meantime, please stay safe and healthy while also taking time for some phun (physicist's spelling)!

Centered,

DaNel Hogan

Sciencing and Engineering with TheSTEMAZingPro - Bernoulli's Principle

Join TheSTEMAZingPro, DaNel Hogan, for three phun Bernoulli's Principle experiments you can do at home. There is also an engineering design challenge at the end to keep students busy for days, maybe even weeks! These experiments use #STEMontheCheap supplies you either already have or you can source easily and inexpensively.

Supplies needed: piece of paper, scissors, spoon, two coffee mugs, aluminum beverage can

A guide to help teachers and parents engaging students using best practices and our new Notice, Wonder, Learn Journal (two versions - one for printing and one for sharing using Google Classroom) can be found by clicking on the link below.
